Update
Apr 16, 2009 at 7:28AM This week last year I was playing my 2nd Canadian Tour event of the year, and I had already played over ten tournaments. This year I've played in one tournament, and the California swing of the Canadian Tour is off the schedule. Quite the switch.
Right now I'm going to miss at least the first couple of cantour events in Mexico. I might sneak in to a local section event next week, but they might not let me play. We'll see on that. Hopefully I'll be able to catch the Canadian Tour soon, for sure by the time it gets to Canada. I should start the caddying gig in a few weeks, so I'll be able to make a few bucks in the meantime.
I don't have any specific tournaments to prepare for, but for some strange reason I've been working harder than ever. Rain or shine I've been at the golf course, and it's starting to pay off. When I do get into a tournament I will be ready.
Snow on the ground this morning, so we'll see what we can do. Good weather starts Friday.
